Tiffany is my new nail tech and eyebrow person from now on. Her work is outstanding she has got whole package when it comes to quality, professional, fast, and skills. Not only that this place is super clean, and the decor is beautiful and relaxing and they are open Sundays. They have plenty of staff who seemed same as her as well very friendly and professional , did powder on hands shellac on toes. Matched perfectly. Pricing is perfect

I had an amazing experience at Expert Nails & Lounge. I was promptly greeted and provided with excellent customer service. The nail technician helped me select a beautiful fall color for my pedicure. I enjoyed a tasty mimosa while watching CNN. This place has a real cool vibe, and I was expecting to pay more because I pay twice more at my regular nail salon. The foot massage was absolutely amazing, gave me goosebumps because it felt so good. This will definitely be my go to spot when I'm in town again. Thanks for such great service! I been coming to this nail shop for years . I love the environment, & owners . Expert nails are Extremely professional & the employees are kind , respectful, professional and well experienced. Jessie & Susan are the only lady’s I use for a pedicure, they give the best massages & Jenny been doing my nails for years , she’s very talented , I’m Always happy with my nails. I will give expert nails 5 stars for there well operated business.

I have been coming here for the last 2 years and it seems like they’ve been slowly plummeting… I went in for a pedicure today (and I can say the wait times are little to none, usually less than 10 minutes) but what good is a short wait time if the process is rushed and the quality is less than poor? I told myself I wouldn’t come back after my experience last time, thinking I was being too harsh I decided to go in today and I completely regret it. The tech did not file down my nails, no cuticle oil was used and she actually cut two of my toes, I always pay extra for dead skin removal and it looks like nothing was removed. There’s paint on my cuticle lines… I mean quite honestly my one year old niece could’ve done a better job. The second my tech was done she shot up and immediately left me there, she said nothing to me. I’m not sure what’s going on at this establishment but I know I won’t be coming back and you definitely should not waste your money here. Quantity > quality at this place. Judging by other reviews pedicures are not their specialty…

I just moved and had not been able to find a nail place that I loved. I came in and automatically felt at ease. Costumer service was amazing and my nails are SO BEAUTIFUL. This is the first time I try the dip powder on my nails, so will post an update to see how long they last! (Kelly did my hands and David did my pedicure I am in love so far!)

I like this place a lot! I like the set I got as well. There are only small, very unnoticeable things I would say could be better. I also didn't notice them until way later. However, my previous experience with them, if there are any/were flaws I went either the next day or in the next few days and they fixed it, free of charge. Will continue to frequent this shop and update my rating for now its between 3.5 and 3.8 💜
